All You Need to Know

As a one-woman small business, Creative Chameleon Art strives to give you the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, I make sure my store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Read on to see all the policies below. If you can’t find the exact information you’re looking for, please get in touch and I’ll do my very best to help you out.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping details are as marked on the checkout page.

If there is an urgent matter regarding an order's shipping, please contact support

Returns are offered if the product is defective or not recieved as advertised.

Matters of quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

I reserve the right to accept or deny returns.

Subscribing & Emails

Customer emails are only accessed by Camille Westfall. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time. Emails may include: confirmations of subscription, confirmations of form submission, confirmations of purchase, as well as promotional, marketing and sales offers. Emails may include personalized elements including Customer name, order information and other details. We are not responsible for other parties' access to this information within the emails we send.

Custom Orders

Custom orders will be discussed individually based on the Customer, product, materials, size, deadline, etc. As such, no general claims are made to custom order deadlines or shipping, and will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to agree or deny any Custom Order Request as I see fit.

If your custom order was completed incorrectly, we will make it right free of charge! 

If the custom order is received in less-than-ideal condition, the order will be re-shipped or re-made according to the agreement between the Customer and Creative Chameleon Art.

Cancellations & Refunds

If an order is cancelled before it ships or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first, a refund will be issued. 

Upon receiving the product, if it is defective or damaged, Customer and Creative Chameleon Art will decide together if a refund or a replacement will be issued. Any other issue not mentioned in these Policies will be addressed on a case-by-case basis via the Contact Support form.
